Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using fluent-forge.com or subscribing to a course, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• Use FluentForge for your own learning and for lawful purposes only.
• Do not share your login with anyone else.
• Do not copy, redistribute or resell course content.
• Do not try to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month, or each year on annual billing, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Course content

Lessons, videos, exercises and materials belong to Novexa Digital LLC or to its teachers. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active.

5. What you submit

You keep ownership of the work you send us (written tasks, recordings, messages). You allow us to use it to give you feedback and to run the service.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or harms other learners. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Results

We put real work into every course, but progress depends on each learner. We cannot promise a specific exam score, level or job outcome. The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Disputes are handled by the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
