30-day money-back guarantee

If FluentForge is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we give you the full amount back.

1. Who can get a refund

Eligible: a first subscription or a one-time purchase, when the request is sent within 30 days of the original payment.

Not eligible: requests made after 30 days, renewals after the first 30-day window, and accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

2. How to ask

• Email contact@fluent-forge.com from the address linked to your account.
• Add your order number. A short reason helps us improve, but it is optional.
• We process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

3. How the money comes back

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and no further payment will be taken. Cancel within the first 30 days and you get a full refund. After 30 days, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the remaining days.

5. Promotions

Discounted plans follow the same 30-day rule, unless the offer clearly says otherwise.
